Eyewire Release Report 3/3/2017

neurons, eyewire, eyewire images

As detailed here, every few Fridays we’re sharing which bug fixes and tiny features our developers have released into the wild. Apart from bigger changes that have received their own posts, here are the releases on Eyewire since the last report.

  • We have fixed a bug that had caused the weight cap to not actually come back after re-enabled.
  • The Scouts’ Log is now a permanent fixture for Scout & Scythe accounts on Firefox and Chrome, rather than a browser extension. Further improvements to this feature may appear soon.

If you lost or never installed the Scouts’ Log, try clearing your cache to make it properly appear now. Please note that you will have the smoothest Eyewire experience if you use the most recent 64-bit version of Firefox or Chrome, a recent operating system like macOS Sierra/Windows 10/Ubuntu 16, and a machine with at least 8 GB of RAM.

Next report will be in a couple weeks, though in the meantime you may see new feature posts anyway. For science!
