Hallow-Xmas 2: Quarterfinals

Midway through November, when first snow might fall,
This part of our bracket seems strangest of all:
When Halloween’s cobwebs are hung with string-lights
And Xmas trees herald both presents and frights!

So leave out your pumpkin but nail up your stocking;
The seasonal spirit may soon come a-knocking!
And whether it’s Santa or something more spooky,
These next Quarterfinals will surely get kooky.

Awarded at 1:30 PM on Wednesday 11/24

Now that the Round of 16 has ended, there will be 8 teams playing simultaneously over the course of 7 calendar days. If your team did not make the Quarterfinals, you can join a new team; if your team did advance, you stay on the same team. You can join at any time before the last 24 hours of the Quarterfinals, but remember that your points will only count starting from the time that you join. The bottom 4 teams will be eliminated after this round.

Bonuses (50 cube minimum required):

  • The Starting Lineup will consist of the 4 best players on each team.
  • The Starting Lineup on each team will earn a bonus equal to 125% of their base score.
  • All other players on each team will earn a bonus equal to 50% of their base score.
  • The MVP on each team will earn an additional 30,000 points.
