Eyewire Release Report 2/5/2016
As detailed here, every other Friday we’re sharing which bug fixes and tiny features our developers have released into the wild. Apart from bigger changes that have received their own posts, here are the releases on Eyewire since the last report. (Last week’s was delayed to this week by a conference.)
- A fix for a bug that caused cells’ split points to unfreeze and cause duplication issues.
- A fix for a bug that caused the spawner to de-duplicate tasks when stashing them.
- Mods now have a new chat command for temporarily muting someone. Previously a temporary mute relied on remembering to manually unmute the player in question; the new command automatically expires the mute after 20 minutes. The unmute command can be used to unmute someone before their 20 minutes are up, or to reverse the normal mute command, but you should now find yourself only needing to manually unmute on rare occasions. Mods, feel free to ask in the mods channel at any time for help with using the new command.
Next report will be in two weeks, though in the meantime you may see new feature posts anyway. For science!
