Eyewire Release Report 2/19/2016
As detailed here, every other Friday we’re sharing which bug fixes and tiny features our developers have released into the wild. Apart from bigger changes that have received their own posts, here are the releases on Eyewire since the last report.
- A fix for some broken CSS in the Scythe Toolbox on some OS/browser configurations.
- A loading indicator for the password reset screen (so that it is clear when your reset request has been submitted).
- Typing /who username in chat now not only brings up a player’s basic information, it also creates a link for their name, which you can then click to view their whole profile. No longer must you wait for someone to speak in chat or appear on the leaderboard for their profile to be accessible. (Simply @ing someone in chat, i.e. “@devonjones hey what’s up?” will make that username become a link, too.) This feature may currently be hampered by the Scouts’ Log extension, but we will have this rectified shortly.
Next report will be in two weeks, though in the meantime you may see new feature posts anyway. For science!
