All Time Top Player Stats

EyeWirer @aesanta1 just joined the Millionaire’s Club, bringing the total membership to 30 players.  This prompted @damocles357 to ask how many players were in the 10,000 cube club (there are 33).  We thought it would be fun to put together a list of top scoring players by points and cubes.
