Happy Friday! To give you a comprehensive picture of everything new on Eyewire, here are all changes since the last report a few weeks ago.

  • We have fixed a few bugs related to the notifications release, including out of order notifications when logging back in, duplicate notifications, clicking on notification chips failing to open the full message, a competition auto-enroll problem, a weird chat glitch, and the settings menu messing with the leaderboard.
  • Scythes & Mystics now have access to the “Backlog” tab in their profiles. This tab shows an ordered list of launched Eyewire cells where the spawner is currently working; if you are a Mystic, this list includes zfish cells. We hope this will give our advanced players a better idea of where spawner slowdowns might be occurring!

Please note that you will have the smoothest Eyewire experience if you use the most recent 64-bit version of Firefox or Chrome, a recent operating system like macOS High Sierra/Windows 10/Ubuntu 16, and a machine with at least 8 GB of RAM.

We’ll catch you again soon. For science!
