Time Travel: Time for a Marathon!
Eyewire continues to fall deeper and deeper into the past. HQ needs all hands on deck to work on repairing the space-time tear. But what’s this? A single cell hangs in balance. We need to keep working, but we cannot continue until this mysterious new cell has been completed!
Trace like the wind! The admins can only spare 24 hours to help complete the cell. We’ll start at 10:00 AM on Tuesday 9/29. Any longer and time will literally run out, leaving Eyewire no more than a figment of everyone’s imagination.
So what are you waiting for? Off we go! For science!
Swag:
3 clocks, each given to top 3 players (based on number of cubes)
1 sticker for each participant who clears the 20-cube minimum
Bonuses:
Complete 20 Cubes – 2,000 point bonus
Complete 50 cubes – 5,000 point bonus
Complete 150 cubes – 20,000 point bonus
Complete 300 cubes – 40,000 point bonus
For every 150 cubes above 300 cubes – 2,500 points
If the cell is completed within 24 hrs, those marathon players who:
- Anyone who completes at least 50 cubes will win rights to vote on a new name for the Time Travel Cell.
- Anyone who completes at least 200 cubes will win rights to nominate a new name for the Time Travel Cell.
