The Great Spring Creature Feature: The Jersey Devil’s Evil Cubes

Boston HQ is now relaying to you a particularly urgent bulletin surrounding our secretive state associates’ bounties on their escaped cryptids. The situation has now reached a dire and dangerous level. Terrorizing the people of New Jersey since the 1800s until its successful takedown by FBI Agent Dana Fox in 1993, the Jersey Devil has apparently fled back to its old New Jersey stomping grounds. Now, Princeton HQ reports that the university campus has become subject to the monster’s ravenous rampage! Can you help us save our Princeton team?

If you wish to lend your assistance, it appears that our best hope is to examine the 12 Evil Cubes that the Jersey Devil has scattered in its wake. As you solve the cubes, your trace will let us map out where this menace has traveled, and we will hunt it down! Your reward will be not only the eternal gratitude of our Princeton staff, but also the usual Evil Cube badges…

90% accuracy or higher – Evil Cubes Grandmaster
80% accuracy or higher – Evil Cubes Master
Everyone else who completes all 12 cubes – Evil Cubes Challenger

Do NOT skip any cubes.  You will not be able to return to any cubes you skip.

… and the usual bonuses:

1st Place Accuracy – 8,000 point bonus
2nd Place Accuracy – 5,000 point bonus
3rd Place Accuracy – 3,000 point bonus
Complete all 12 cubes – 1,000 point bonus

Please remember that these bonuses are non-cumulative; first place accuracy gets a flat 8,000 points, for example.

Swag: Based on their accuracy, the top 5 players will each win an EyeWire mug. There will also be 10 more mugs raffled off for players who complete all the cubes!

You should first find the cubes at 12:01 AM on 3/21 and continue following their path until 12:00 PM on 3/26, when they will break down. (All times EDT.) Please help! Princeton HQ needs us all!
