This message is to inform you of an enormous milestone in the history of our game… after nine years and four months, the all-time top score record has been broken by a new ultimate champion of citizen science: HUGE CONGRATS to @KrzysztofKruk on reaching 91,469,409 points as of 9:48 AM EST on January 16th, 2024!

For the first time in a decade, it is now time to bestow a new custom chat color upon someone. Krzysztof has definitely earned his new look! Besides his massive contributions to science through tracing and Scythe activities, he’s long been foremost among our current players who regularly contribute add-ons and extensions to maximize our neural reconstructive interface. Not just on Eyewire, but also on Neuroglancer, the open software powering FlyWire and other forthcoming projects from Seung Lab!
