Headed to a White House Hackathon

How will games revolutionize education?

Today several members of EyeWire HQ are in Washington DC for an invitation-only GameJam Hackathon organized by the White House. Will Silversmith, Nico Kemnitz (yep, nkem, fresh in from Germany), Daniel Goodwin, Amy Robinson and Melchert van Londen, a guest developer from IDEO, comprise our five person team.

Over the weekend we’ll hack an educational game, competing against over 100 people from AAA game firms and indie studios. We’ll demo our new game on Monday at the White House complex. Wish us luck and stay tuned to EyeWire’s Twitter and Facebook for updates!
