So, tell the world a little about yourself.

Hi all! I’m Beren! I’m currently living in Berlin and working on my PhD as a molecular biologist. It’s on tissue engineering field and I’m specifically working on hair models. Right now, I’m writing my thesis and only months away from my defense!

Why do you play EyeWire?

Every time I am amazed to find (discover!) all those beautiful structures the neurons were built. And sometimes it’s a puzzle to figure out the beauty!
I also can’t help but to join the competitions 😉

I love nature! It’s all about understanding and appreciating the beauty of nature for me. It’s the reason that I’m a scientist, a nature photographer, an artist, a gardener (in my balcony! 🙂 and an EyeWire player!

You guys are putting so much effort in this and making a great work! I’m looking forward to see what is coming next!
