/all-seeing lets you see multi-language chat channels!

Celia December 11, 2014 Community

As you may already know, Eyewire currently has 2 language-based chat channels — English and Korean.  If you’re excited about having new language channels, but don’t want to miss out on the any of the conversation, /all-seeing should be a great feature for you!

This new chat command will give you access to both the Korean and English channels at the same time.

To use the command, simply type /all-seeing into the chat box.

allseeing*If you no longer wish to see both chat channels simultaneously, just type /all-seeing into the chat box once more.

Now your chat should look something like this:

/all-seeing as it appears when in the English chat channel
/all-seeing as it appears when in the English chat channel

Remember, when you’re in /all-seeing mode, you are still only chatting in one channel.  If you want to participate in a conversation in another channel, you will have to type /join to join that channel.  Type /join en to join the English channel or /join ko to join Korean.  Remember that if you see (en) or (ko) next to someone’s name, they are not in your current channel.

Happy chatting, we hope you enjoy /all-seeing!
