Eyewire system update

Eyewire is experiencing technical difficulties on 4/21-22. Here is a summary of the issue from developer @kelv:

Some of Eyewire’s systems have been offline as of 1PM EST on Sunday, April 21. Our server stopped being able to access a server hosted at Google which is crucial for Eyewire’s spawner and RTM. We believe it is due to an automated configuration change which we cannot fix ourselves. We are awaiting Google to address the problem and we will give you a further update as soon as we can. We expect Eyewire to be fully running again sometime on Monday. We apologize for the inconvenience.
