New Chat Commands!

Good Afternoon Eyewirers!

Eyewire HQ is announcing new upgrades to chat commands!

To private message someone you can now type /pm followed by the person’s name.

To group message you should type /gm followed by the group’s name.

We think these new messaging commands will help to clarify chat and make it easier to know that you are messaging the correct person or group. They are replacing the previous /msg command used to private message both players and groups.

We have also improved the /silence command by activating a crossed out speaker symbol when it’s in use.  We know that some players forget when they have silenced chat and wonder why no one is talking to them.  This symbol should eliminate that confusion.
